After two weeks of rain, we finally got one in. It was a bit of a rough night for Kevin, while running 3rd in the feature, spun to avoid a crash and ended up sliding into the pile. He was able to continue and was put into the lead as the first and second placed cars got involved with lapped traffic that brought out the yellow.....
On the restart Kevin was trying to hold them off with a wounded frontend. With only a few laps to go, two cars got past and Kevin ended up 3rd.
Jack ran a very clean and smooth race, running the top side and staying out of the wrecks. With only one minor incident, Jack brought it home in 5th spot.
Overall not a bad night at Bulter, even after a rain out. The track was rough which is also the norm for the racing there as well. We'll have a few pictures posted in the next few days. |
